When making an appointment to inspect a property, it is preferable to provide at least 24hrs notice.

NOTE: The total shown is the total amount required when you sign the lease. It is made up of 2 weeks rent plus 4 weeks bond. If the property is separately metered, the tenant will be responsible for water and waste water usage charges.

If you have inspected a property and had discussions about the property with a member of our staff this does not mean you have been formally approved as a tenant. This can only occur after your application has been processed and approved by the landlord.
